  • Do you enjoy Art, Writing or Pastels?
  • Would you like to take part in an exhibition for World Mental Health Day?
  • Mon.22nd Aug. 11.00 – 1.00 at the Marlene Reid Centre. Pastels. Tutor – Ian Risley
  • Thurs. 25th Aug. 2.00pm – 4.00pm at the Hermitage Radio Café, Hotel Road, Coalville. Creative writing / Poetry. Tutor – Cheslyn Baker.
  • Mon.5th Sept. 11.00 – 1.00 at the Marlene Reid Centre. Outline Drawing. Tutor – Jo Allsopp
  • Mon.12th Sept. 11.00 – 1.00 at the Marlene Reid Centre. Water Colour Painting. Tutor – Jo Allsopp
  • There are 12 places available for each workshop.To take part just call Chris Maughan on 0116 2780228, or email: chris.maughan@leics.gov.uk.

    Or book with Julian at WL Mind Drop In group, Marlene Reid Centre on Mondays and Wednesdays 10.30 – 1.30. Please provide name, address, and telephone contact number.

    There is a booking fee of £2.00 per workshop which can be paid to Julian prior to attendance. This is required to confirm a place.

North West Leics. Mental Health Action Group are organising 4 creative arts workshops in Coalville for people with mental health difficulties. All work produced at the workshops will be exhibited in Coalville Library in October to highlight the benefits of participating in creative arts to improving mental health.
